Our mobile home is located at the far corner of Camping Le Dattier, in a private position at the end of a small cul-de-sac, overlooking olive groves on two sides and with views to the mountains.
Prices start at £300 per party per week in June up to £595 in peak season but discounts are available for early payment and special rates are available for low occupancy.
The mobile home is modern and comfortable with a central lounge. The lounge has a large U-shaped couch and coffee table and a wall mounted air conditioning unit. A flat screen Tv with DVD player (no TV reception this year – bring your favourite DVD’s!) is also provided. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, microwave oven, full size cooker and a full inventory of crockery and kitchen/dining equipment. A large decked area (34m2 approx) is accessed from the living area via French doors and has a dining table and six chairs, two sun loungers, and a bbq.
There are two bedrooms, located at either end of the mobile for privacy. One is a larger than usual master double room with wardrobe, drawer and cupboard space and en-suite bathroom containing toilet, basin, and shower, It is equipped with a hairdryer, fan, and blackout blinds and insect screens at the window.
The other bedroom is a twin room, which can be converted to a double room, also with a fan, blackout blinds and insect screens. It has a wardrobe, drawers and cupboards. There is a second bathroom, next to the twin room, also with toilet, basin, and shower. The two separate shower rooms are a boon for the privacy of couples and those with older children. A third bedroom has been converted to a walk-in robe and has a washing machine and room to store luggage. Your parking space is directly adjacent to the mobile home.The mobile has both English and French plug sockets for your convenience.Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels.
In addition to the hire of the mobile home, the French government levies a tourist tax, of 0.61 Euros for each person aged 13 years and over, payable to the campsite, and a one off 20 Euros admin fee is payable to the campsite so that everyone is registered for campsite security.
Getting there
Flying - Easyjet and Jet2 fly to Nice from many UK airports and cheap flights can often be found if booked in advance. Cars can be hired at the airport.
Self drive – various ferries are available from the UK and Ireland, depending on your location. Frejus is approximately 12 hours drive from Northern France and is just off the A8 (junction 37). Toll motorways run all the way from Northern France to the Riviera. There are lots of hotels to choose from enroute, both B&B and major hotel chains.
