Boutique Modern is a fast-growing manufacturer of award winning modular buildings. This is an opportunity to take an active role in a rapidly growing company at the forefront of the modular building industry. As Finance and Office Assistant your role will include:
Recording payment and receipts on a daily basis
Inputting purchase invoices into Sage
Attaching delivery notes, purchase order and invoices together and filing
Chasing outstanding invoices and receipts
Managing credit card receipts
Processing staff expenses
Answering the phone, transferring calls and taking messages
Managing the holiday and sickness record
Signing for office deliveries
Booking vans and equipment as required
Taking meeting minutes
Any other duties to assist the finance manager and aid with the smooth running of the office
Strong Excel skills
Experience of Sage preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
Accuracy with an attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
