Our two bedroom holiday home is a Pemberton Rivington and we are situated on Hoburne Bashley, close to New Milton, just less than one minutes walk from the club house, playground and indoor and outdoor pools.

The south facing caravan offers a spacious lounge area comprising a TV (with digital channels), a feature fireplace, comfortable sofas (one a double sofa bed), a soft pile carpet with patio doors leading to a furnished decking area with rattan furniture.

The fitted kitchen includes an electric cooker with extractor fan, full size dishwasher, integrated microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, breakfast bar with a pair of stools and a dining area with table and four chairs.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed, wall mounted TV, walk in wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The en-suite has a full-size bath with shower over, toilet and wash hand basin with vanity unit for storage.

The second bedroom has twin beds, wardrobe and wall mounted TV.

The main bathroom consists of a large shower, toilet, wash hand basin and storage cupboard.

The caravan is double glazed and has central heating throughout.

With unreserved parking available adjacent to the pitch – this is a real home from home for that special staycation!!

Max occupancy 6 people. (4 adults and 2 children)

To make a booking we require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your dates, then the balance is due 6 weeks prior to your stay.

Within easy driving distance of Southampton, Christchurch, Bournemouth, Poole and Sandbanks.
