I decided to keep it in view of the number of potholes around and the difficulty getting a spare in the event of another alloy catastrophy when needed urgently.
I have now swapped my E-class 3 litre convertible for a BMW convertible so must get rid of this alloy which is taking up space.
Please be aware that my tyre fitters said that this alloy was not quite correct for my convertible so please check out the detail numbers shown in the pictures I have attached. You might be able to check with your local Mercedes dealer whether this alloy is correct for your particular car.
The numbers I can see are:-
85Jx19 H2 ET48
G WA X
A2124014502 (Part number?)
A?567M9
I only have a vague idea what these mean so you need to check for yourself.
If you have questions I will try to answer them if I can.
