Recruitment Group with international Luxury and Hospitality division is hiring new and experienced professionals to work as Recruitment consultants, Account Managers and Office Assistants for coverage in (CONSUMER LUXURY RETAIL, LUXURY GOODS, HIGH FASHION, BEAUTY and HOSPITALITY) sectors.
Successful Female or Male applicants should be a University Graduate and/or have minimum 3-5 years' working experience in any of the related areas: Luxury goods, luxury retail, fashion retail & wholesale, fashion design, jewellery, beauty, consumer retail, hospitality, B2B/B2C sales, marketing, social media networking, brand promotions, strategic planning, project management, business development, human resources and recruitment.
To succeed, applicants should be entrepreneurial, highly professional, competitive, goal-oriented, multi-tasking, relationship builder and solution/target focused, preferably, with previous domestic or international account management experience. You may be currently working as a sales executive, sales adviser, field sales or sales manager.
Multi-lingual skills in: (Arabic, Farsi, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Slavic languages, Brazil Portuguese, Spanish, French, German and more) is a bonus but not required for the role.
Recruitment Consultant role covers the following responsibilities:
- Recruitment by connecting with the best active and passive candidates in the market; - Develop new luxury goods and hospitality clients for recruitment contracts and services;
- Identify, qualifying and engage both ‘candidates and industry clients’ through telephone networking, social media, and Internet on-line network resources;
- Attend virtual kick-off meetings and attending client briefings, conferences calls;
- Support promotional & marketing strategies in social media platforms that bring results, expand brand awareness in client industries and sales;
- Close client briefs for job hires, through effective recruitment, follow-up and negotiation.
Expect $90,000 OTE with uncapped commissions plus bonus and awards.
High commission rate up to 35% depending on experience High Bonuses paid for meeting sales targets.
Awards and luxury gifts incentive for sales success (luxury goods, autos, gym memberships, spas, holiday travel) and more.
NOTE: Freelance Contractor start but company shall pay a basic salary for a successful candidate that brings in the first $250,000 in revenue.

Experience of working in a target driven environment.
Sales experience in either face to face sales and or telephone based sales disciplines.
