New Recruitment Brand in London, England, we are seeking new and experienced professionals for careers in Recruitment, Executive Search and Recruitment Business Development Sales working within coverage areas: FINANCIAL SERVICES, INVESTMENT BANKING, FINTECH, IT TECH, Advanced TECH, PHARMA BIOTECH, LIFE SCIENCES and LEGAL. Select candidates would first start on a Freelance Independent Contractor basis with immediate potential for permanent employment within the first year. This role will be responsible for supporting a specific coverage industry hiring requirements globally for the business.

Recruiting across all levels of management and non-management roles in domestic and international markets.
Recruiting diverse candidates, attracting diverse candidates and becoming a diversity champion
New Client business development, identify and engage industry clients through networking, cold calls, email marketing, social media, and Internet on-line information resources
Attend virtual kick-off meetings, attending client briefings and conferences calls
Participate in shaping the search assignment road map along with the project team. This will include identification of possible headhunting grounds, industry corporate clients, markets, and allocations of tasks Coordinate Client and Candidate interviews and candidate placements by active information assessment, analysis and support
Managing appropriate hiring approvals processes in liaison with Business Managers, Finance Officers, HR Business Partners and Compensation specialists
Actively managing open positons across the business and geographies
Deliver internal and external recruitment information and updates to the business using data, reporting and intel
Build talent pools for the organisation from the passive and non-passive candidate markets
Management of recruitment agencies and/or external search partners where appropriate
Executing against best in class assessment, selection and hiring methodology
Deliver against hiring plan, deliver global and regional strategy
Ideal candidates have experienced within FINANCIAL SERVICES, INVESTMENT BANKING, FINTECH, IT TECH, Advanced TECH, PHARMA BIOTECH, LIFE SCIENCES and LEGAL space or an equal performance driven industry sector
Knowledge of US, EMEA recruiting landscape and context
Working with different cultures and understanding across US, EMEA
Credibility to work with hiring managers and HR partners
Understanding of end to end recruitment processes and practices
Knowledge and understanding of working with recruitment partners and search firms
Excellent communication skills
Diversity mind set and excellent skills in identifying and engaging diverse candidates

What we are looking for in a Recruitment Consultant:
Experience of working in a target driven environment. Sales experience in either face to face sales and or telephone based sales disciplines. A drive to succeed and earn money. Self-accountable for your performance, displaying resilience, drive, passion and commitment to get the job done. An interest in a long term career within recruitment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. You may be currently working as a sales executive, sales adviser, project manager, human resources, field sales or sales manager.
Compensation: Expect $65,000 OTE with uncapped commissions plus bonus and awards.

NOTE: Freelance Contractor start but company shall pay a basic salary for a successful candidate that brings in the first $250,000 in revenue.
