Winkworth Lewes are looking to recruit a Sales & Lettings Administrator who will be responsible for supporting both our Sales & Lettings teams. The role is varied and is an ideal opportunity for someone who is keen to learn about the property industry.
Duties to include:
Liaising with clients and booking viewings
Dealing with all contract paperwork
Responsible for all marketing and advertising
All correspondence including offer letters, sales memorandum, exchange invoices
Social media Organising boards and managing board count
Answering the phone Keeping up to date with legislation changes
Arranging property inspections, inventories, check outs and access for contractors
Collecting rent payment
Day to day management of the office
Supporting new staff in software and procedure training
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Exceptional organisational and prioritising ability
Excellent attention to detail
Team player, self-motivated and driven
Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships
Adaptable and flexible
Have the ability to multi task, take responsibility and follow through on commitments
Professional, with a smart appearance
