JOB TITLE - Cleaner/Support Worker – Kingston, Lewes
Background to the job
I live in my lovely bungalow in Kingston with my husband, who works full time.
I enjoy spending time with my sons and grandchildren. Family is very important to me and it is important that I can spend quality time with them
I enjoy going out and I feel shut in if I remains in the property for too long.
Hours / Times of Work
9am to 1pm Monday to Friday or if I have a doctors appointment it may be 8am to 12pm – Flexibility is key
Rates of Pay and other Benefits
£11 per hour
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Due to my respiratory /breathing difficulties caused by COPD and emphysema all the rooms require meticulous cleaning and maintaining as a dust free environment. I also require a hygienic environment due to the risk of infection due to my psoriasis.
Assist me with any administration and required computer work due to my photo sensitive epilepsy, this will include ensuring your timesheet gets to my payroll service electronically.
Day time care support:
Support with personal care, nutritional management and medication management.
I require ongoing support with personal care, so to get up wash/showered and dressed, support using my nebulisers and organising my medication intake.
Meal preparation, making hot drinks
Supervision when I mobilise due to my falls risk, attending appointments and social engagements.

Successful applicants will be required to provide a P45 or complete a P46 which will be forwarded to HM Revenue and Customs to ensure that appropriate tax and national Insurance deductions can be made.
