We are looking to recruit a permanent, part-time evening cleaner to be part of our team at Plumpton College. You will be responsible for the internal and external daily cleaning of the college, residential, office, educational and recreational areas. This practical role requires college areas to be maintained to a high standard of cleanliness as agreed with the Cleaning Supervisor. On a daily basis the post holder will work to a cleaning schedule and will report any maintenance requirements to the Estates Manager.
The ideal candidate will be a professional, hardworking and confident team player, with experience of cleaning to a high standard.
This is a part-time position 32.5 hours per week, working Sunday to Thursday from 5.00pm until midnight. It is essential that you have your own transport due to the location of the role and the hours of work.
The salary for this position is based on the national minimum wage from 5.00pm until 7.00pm (see rates below) and £8.93 per hour from 5pm to 12pm.

Age 21-24 £7.38 per hour
Age 25+ £7.83 per hour
