We are currently looking for an Administrator to join an expanding and friendly business in Kidlington. No previous experience is required and would be ideal for someone just finishing education or with a small amount of work experience.
Data input – keying information into a computer systemGeneral office dutiesData checking and display generationAssist the product managers and other team membersAnswer the telephone and transfer calls to the correct team membersMeeting and Greeting Clients - we want someone who is confident to answer the door when people arrive.
Desired knowledge, skills and ability
Numerate with at least a GCSE grade A in mathsExcellent telephone mannerPC Skills – Strong computing, PC and Internet literacy – essentialEye for detailSomeone who is self-motivated and able to multi taskAble to get things correct first time and take careDriving license desirable but not essential
