Learn this "modern" Japanese Martial Art of controlling & redirecting your opponent(s) by using their attack against them.

Gender, size & physical strength are not important - Aikido practise emphasizes the use of controlled relaxation and timing combined with coordinated whole-body movement and balance to overcome your opponent.

We will help you develop your mental strength and technical skill to do so.
