Full vivarium setup

My son has lost interest in his corn snake and decided to find her a new home, would love it to go to a good home, that someone with handle her, she has never bitten and would say she is around 7 years OK, she eats, poops and sheds perfect.
Setup includes vivarium, heat at, thermostat, decor, water bowl and cave, I also have some mice and substrate.
