We have a vacancy for a part time sales/compliancy administrator in our busy Horley based office.
We are a Contract Hire and Leasing Brokerage, and due to expansion we are now seeking a part-time administrator to help with the processing of documentation and liaising with both clients and suppliers.
Additional duties will include the controlling of processes required for FCA compliancy, such as maintaining files for Health & Safety, training programmes, complaints records etc, along with general office administration.
The hours can be flexible, but ideally 5 days per week for 4 hours per day.
The successful candidate will receive full training from our current administrator and will be required to work under their supervision.
The following skills are required:
* Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Excel, Word, email etc.
* Good organisation skills
* Professional telephone manner
* Ability to work calmly under pressure
