Description

Personal Assistant/Support Worker required for a lady living in Camberley.

Information about when support required: Afternoon Monday – Friday, possibly evenings. Ideally including Monday and Friday afternoons between 12pm – 6pm.

Do you require your PA to drive? Yes

Please choose whose vehicle(s) you will require your PA to drive: Employer's vehicle

Clean Driving License: No

Additional information about support and/or driving requirements: Possible need to take to hospital, dental, Doctors appointments and ideally local social events. Also, some shopping.

Standard hourly rate: £13.15

Description:

To cover:

Ordering prescriptions monthly

Good communication skills, in speaking and writing

Making appointments (by phone and email) & diary management

Competent in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, timesheets)

Using Trello and WhatsApp and OneDrive

Compiling timelines and time logs

Checking & responding to emails

Friendly & enthusiastic

Liaising with Housing Association

This may include making appointments, phone calls or sending emails on her behalf.

You will also be required to manage things such as home repairs, getting assistance with various medical conditions, and help with any other tasks which may come up.

You need to be a calm, supportive and trustworthy person, with the following skills:

- Be self-motivated to work alone under client's direction and liaising with other PAs

- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken

- Ability to use social media sites and applications

- Ability to think outside the box and problem solve

- Understanding of Autism, Learning Difficulties and mental health conditions would be an advantage

- You should be able to maintain client confidentiality at all times

Schedule: hours and days will be agreed between you and the client. Normally the hours and days are the same every week,
