JOB ROLE– Office Administrator and Service Support
PURPOSE-To assist with service support and administration
HOURS- 39 Hours a week
Assist with organising existing maintenance programme and work allocation and providing support to our team of engineers out on the road throughout the South East of England. Producing quotations for the service and repair of existing equipment. Communicating with customers on a daily basis and assisting with any enquiries they have and support they require. Keeping engineers training up to date General administration duties to include, answering phone, audio typing, processing orders, invoicing, filing, checking in orders, maintaining stock levels and general office duties.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Experience of working in a busy office Excellent telephone manor Strong Typist & good computer skills Good problem solving skills Ability to work under pressure Ability to work as part of a team and individually Takes responsibility for own actions and adheres to deadlines IT knowledge desirable
