We are looking for a hard working and diligent individual who is eager to learn and has a great attention to detail. The role requires someone who has excellent communication skills and is also very familiar with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook. You must be able to organise and motivate yourself whilst also helping out other members of the team and putting every effort in to achieve the team targets.
The position involves a variety of duties including but not limited to:
* answering telephone calls
*dealing with customer queries
* taking bookings
* producing booking paperwork
*organising course schedule and booking courses
*updating database with customer details and bookings notes
*follow up call backs for enquiries and training renewals
*processing course paperwork
*sending out of cards and certificates
*upselling other courses or other areas of the business
*analysis of course paperwork
*ordering course paperwork
We require someone who can work full time. The shift will vary from month to month, either 8.00am until 4.30pm or 9.00am until 5.30pm (Total 37.5hrs per week)
Salary £13,000 - £17,000 depending on experience
20 days holiday, increasing to 25 days, plus statutory holidays.

Once you receive an offer, arrange pickup and delivery times with the bringer, accept the offer and wait for your items to arrive at your door.
Your card is never charged until your item has been successfully delivered, and there is no cost for posting a request.
