We are delighted to be recruiting for a legal Administrator to join our clients highly reputable legal firm. Reporting to the Head of Legal, the role will be focused on providing full administrative support to the team and also to clients, as well as processing and answering telephones and being flexible to various supportive duties within the office.
This is a full time permanent position, working Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm.
General administration including filing, organizing paperwork, scanning, data input, photocopying etc.Answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries, either directing the correct member of the team or taking messagesProviding general and overall administrative support to the legal teamReporting to the Head of LegalTyping letters/various dataEngrossing legal documentationProviding customer support and corresponding regarding relevant information Proof reading documentsAssisting in compiling and organizing weekly reportsRecording important and confidential information Archiving documentationVarious other duties may include but not be restricted to: organizing inbound and outbound post, keeping records of expenses, emailing, taking notes, chasing clients for paperwork/information/updates etc.
Qualification’s, Skills and Experience Required
Strong IT/computer skills Good level of typing speed Reliable, friendly and adaptable Attention to detail Experience handling legal documentation (Not essential)2 years’ experience within administration/similar positionStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Good level of educationMust be organised and be able to work independently as well as within a team
