Due to an increase in student numbers for September 2018, we are looking to appoint an additional Deputy Care Lead to manage a team of enablers to provide a safe, effective, responsive, caring and well-led service that meets the care and learning needs of our students.
The successful candidate will:
Manage a team of enablers, carrying out regular supervisions, appraisals and observations in order to provide appropriate feedback and support individuals’ to develop and progress their skills.
Write and review person centred, accurate care plans and risk assessments
Accurately record and report students’ needs and progress, including keeping rigorous Medication Administration Records.
We are looking for someone with previous care experience and a working knowledge of different learning disabilities. An enthusiastic, respectful and sensitive attitude to our client group is essential.
