We have an opportunity within a Local Precision Engineering business (Eastbourne) for an Office Assistant to help with the day to day admin duties working under the Office Manager.
We want someone who is Reliable, Trustworthy and willing to learn new skills but also be competent with dealing with clients on the phone, Analytical and who can use there initiative when required. The main duties will be Supporting the Office Manager with Payroll, Dealing with Client Queries, Ordering Materials, Filing, Being a point of contact for Shop floor etc. You will need to flexible as to what the business needs at that time so will be a someone who enjoys multitasking.
It will be a full time position 8.30am to 4.30pm Mon- Fri and be able to get to and from our premises close to Hampden Park Ind Estate.
Rates of pay will be around £8PH and then reviewed after 6mths as to your skills set with a full time contract and company benefits such as Pension, Sick pay etc.
