HOURS OF WORK: 21 hours per week, 8.00am – 4.00pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday during term-time, hours negotiable for non-term time working days. To include one hour unpaid lunch per day.
We are looking to appoint an exceptional candidate to the post of Business Operations Assistant to work within our administration team, providing an outstanding level of support service to our school community.

As Business Operations Assistant, you will be expected to work within the School Office and shared Support Services Office, providing appropriate support to our visitors, students and staff. To complete your work tasks you will need to possess competent and efficient ICT skills, with the ability to multi-task with ease and good humour.

Starting salary: three point salary range starting at Point 10 on the Gildredge House Support Staff Scale 2017-18: £7,214 pa pro rata (£14,580 FTE) rising to Point 12: £7,820 pa pro rata (£15,805 FTE). You would be required to work 43 weeks per year (includes 36.4 weeks of term-time plus 1 week of INSET plus 3.6 weeks’ paid holiday and 2 weeks worked at other periods), and 21 hours per week.
