Eastbourne Health Walks

Health Walks are free one hour group walks to help you to get into a regular walking habit. They won't be too fast or strenuous, the health bit comes from doing it every week.

They are all led by trained volunteers who decide the route, make sure everyone can manage, and make everyone feel welcome.

We have four health walks every week in Eastbourne as well as others nearby:

Eastbourne Shinewater Park: Fri 10.30am Co-Op, Milfoil Drive

Lewes: Fri 10am Needlemakers
