Furnished room including kingsize bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of draws, desk and chair. Bedding included with use of washing machine and cooker with space in fridge and freezer along with space in kitchen cupboard. WiFi included. We have a family dog so would need to be OK with dogs. Professional single occupancy only. References needed with one month's rent in advance and one months rent deposit
