I believe in helping ourselves into health, let's face it we know we have our own best interests at heart so let us take on the journey. I will facilitate the yoga class and will encourage you to do a few minutes, even 5-10, each day at home if you can, it is you yourself that are doing the work to create a better future. You will find that I am quite into the anatomy side along with breath work and mindfulness. My 'type' of yoga is not too dynamic but more to focus on changing our bodies, although sometimes there is a bit of flow and sometimes there is some restorative bolster work. All the people in class are so friendly and approachable and there are occasional eruptions of laughter which is good for the soul.
Once we take time out for ourselves and take care we become more self-aware and connected. When we open the body, we start to open the mind. Along with this you will notice more strength and flexibility and the ability to move with more ease and grace when doing day to day activities. Aches and pains from poor posture started to dissipate. For me, all the lovely walks in the countryside with my dog stopped hurting my back and hips
