Craft and Arts Social

Every 3rd Saturday of the Month. The hall are inside the cafe will be laid out with many options for craft activities and you will be able to make, create, paint what ever you like.

You will be able to leave items to dry etc or to complete next month. Always on 3rd Sat of the month. (Can come on the 1st Sat of the month and find a quite corner to finish an started item off if necessary) Your items left for drying etc can be named and stored in a space or shelf where you can collect at anytime the cafe is open. We have a large screen monitor and laptops available should you want to follow instructions off YouTube, or have some music playing while being creative. If your coming as a family and you have some members who do not want to take part they can play a game and still sit with you or be else where in the hall, cafe or use the sensory room if there able to manage without parent, carer, guardian supervision.

Painting: Acrylic / Water Colour / Poster paint and relevant paper.

Glass paint and items to decorate and take home.

Hand sewing / machine sewing - bring items to mend or make, or use our material supply and our guide books.

Crochet, Knitting equipment available. - Again you can have a bag with your creation in it and name and when you next visit even if it is a weekday the staff can access it for you from store cupboard.

Craft Kits available to use including wooden planes, metal cars, keyrings etc.

Air dry clay for model making.

Candle making kits and equipment.

Interested in paper mache plate, bowel, flowers etc be creative we normally have enough newspapers but you could always bring your own.

Collage making,

Card making.

Jewellery making .

Poetry writing and decorating your paper.
