I have just had my lenses replaced in my lovely titanium frames. They had fallen on some rough stones and were very badly scratched. I was given a lot of choice about the types of lenses I could choose from and the service was excellent. I would strongly recommend anyone to use this service rather than buy cheaper replacements in new frames if you have quality designer frames. They were returned promptly once chosen and paid for. Very efficient service and communication.

I am very happy with the service and my new lenses. Great value. My only criticism was, the box arrived super quick, got quote, paid. Only then did I get told the lead time. I suppose because the first part was super fast I hadn’t expected 5 to 10 working days for delivery. It was OK, but it would have been nice to know that up front. If I missed that on website or in documents then that is my fault. Would happily recommend though.

I’d never tried a service like this before but decided to give it a shot and it was amazing! Excellent customer service with lots of updates when the glasses arrived, quote, payment received and lenses being processed. I sent my regular glasses first and was so pleased I sent my sunglasses right after!
