Reflexology is also known as zone therapy, involving the application of pressure to specific points on the feet, ears, and hands. this is done using thumb, finger, and hand massage techniques without the use of oil or lotion.

*Thai Herbal Compress Massage
The massage uses a selection of therapeutic herbs, which are wrapped in a muslin cloth and tied into a ball. The ball is then steamed gently and applied to your body in mild pressing, circular, and rolling movements.
