We require a qualified bookkeeper to take up the role of Office Manager, Finance & Office Administrator in our office in Burgess Hill.
Action Workspace will give this individual an opportunity to be part of their exciting and growing, London focused Design & Build company. This is a pivotal role in a busy office which delivers cutting edge design interiors to workspaces across London and the South East.
Applicants require good working knowledge and understanding of SAGE 50 Accounts to maintain our sales and purchase ledgers, in addition to strong organisational and administrative skills.
Duties will be:
to carry out a wide variety of office duties, predominantly bookkeeping and general office support within a busy office including calendar management for the Managing Director and support to the Business Manager;
maintain sales and purchase ledgers; prepare and process supplier payment runs; carry out bank reconciliations; work with the firm’s management accountant on his monthly visit preparing the management accounts.
Mondays to Fridays, 7.30am – 4.30pm. A degree of flexibility in these hours may be possible.
