We are a busy seafront hotel providing a branded menu to a substantial number of guests. We are looking for an experienced second chef to assist our kitchen manager and to fulfil the duties of that role when they are absent from the business. This role does include some administration requirements (health and safety, food safety, cleaning rotas etc) as well as a full, hands on approach. The successful candidate must also be able to assist in the ongoing training of our team. Accommodation is available to a successful candidate.
Salary is negotiable and dependant upon experience.
