We have been creating safe environments since 2000. We are based in The City of Brighton & Hove and are one of the leading event staffing companies in the South.
We are looking to fill up to 30 positions, both stewards and SIA are provided with a Company Introduction before starting to ensure you are confident in your role. If you love the outdoors, take great pride in your work and can turn a plan into a great customer experience you are the right person for us.
Your role will be just as diverse as the events that we work on, from the Brighton Festival, Brighton Fringe and The Great Escape to large events such as Brighton & Hove Pride and cycle rides like the BHF London to Brighton, every shift will be different!
You can work as little or as often as you like, most of our events are at weekends during the spring/summer months but some events provide hours during the week and evenings.
For many this is more than just a job, it is a chance to socialise and experience great events!
Flexible and reliable
Available weekends April-September
SIA Licence DS or higher for security roles
Minimum age 18 (No maximum!)
Able to work in a team or on your own
Live within a commutable distance of The City of Brighton & Hove
Able to meet at locations within Brighton for early or late starts
Experience is not essential!
Competitive pay rates
SIA rates; Static SIA - £9ph (plus £1.08 holiday pay accrued per hour worked)
Door supervisor SIA - £10ph (plus £1.20 holiday pay accrued per hour worked)
Event SIA - £10ph (plus £1.20 holiday pay accrued per hour worked)
As of April 2018 steward rates are;
18-20 years £6.70ph (plus £0.80 holiday pay accrued per hour worked)
21-24 years £7.38ph (plus £0.88 holiday pay accrued per hour worked)
Over 25 years £7.83ph (plus £0.94 holiday pay accrued per hour worked)
