Tai Chi Class Bognor Regis

This is a class teaching the Tai Chi style of Grandmaster Cheng Man Ching. The class is aimed at anyone interested in the health and relaxation side of the art. Come along and experience the wonders of this ancient Chinese art, in a relaxed and friendly environment. Jan is a second generation disciple and has over twenty years experience in teaching Tai Chi. Senior Instructor with the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain. Chief Instructor and founder of the Internal Alchemy School. Classes are Paid in four week blocks - ONLY £5 per session - We meet at Bersted Green Learning Centre, Hazel Road, Bognor Regis, West Sussex, PO22 9DY - Wednesdays 2pm to 3pm CLASS STARTS AGAIN ON WEDNESDAY 9TH SEPTEMBER.
