We require door-to-door canvassers. We are looking for professional, successful, driven and focused sales people to work within certain locations throughout the UK.
We are currently advertising for ‘iEnergy Surveyors’ who are looking on building a strong quality team for the long-term.
If you have with selling experience preferably within the energy sector and always striving for excellence then this could be the role you have been waiting for.
Reporting to the Area Sales Manager you will responsible for conducting basic property surveys which includes cavity, loft, solar & boiler replacement surveys. For the Free Solar Team, you will be provided with walking maps on a daily basis as well as block bookings for customer appointments once a week.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
To achieve and exceed agreed performance targets with minimum service levels maintained. Work outside of normal working hours in order to meet the requirements of the customer and encouraging increased business. Work to develop and realise new business opportunities. Ensure that all processes, procedures and company policies in respect of the company are adhered to. Willing to travel to ensure that your area is covered and to maximize the business. Access to internet and mobile phone. Willing to undergo on-going training and development. Generate referrals to the company for both insulation and new products. Ensure all paperwork is completed on time, presented in the correct manner and with accurate content.
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
Drive and determination to succeed Target driven Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers delivering high levels of customer service IT Literate and the ability to use excel Ability to conduct yourselves professional Proven sales skills Ability to adapt to rapid change and flexible working arrangements Presentable in appearance This is a full time self-employed position with a chance of progression for the right candidates.
Successful applicants will undergo an initial telephone screening process followed by a face to face interview with the Area sales manager. We may ask you to attend one of our assessment centres which are based around the UK.

We have a few options available, Basic & Commission or Commission Only. This will be discussed once we make contact. Average Candidates on a minimum target are targeted to be earning £300 per week.
