Due to huge success and growth, our client is recruiting for fun loving and target driven Sales Support Advisors to join their expanding team.
They will be responsible for providing sales support to new and existing customers sourced through the company database, online enquiries (live chat/email) and telephone enquiries by identifying their buying preferences and then referring them to individual branches based on the nature of the enquiry.

Provide a professional, supportive and caring service to new and existing customer enquiries
Advise customers on suitable purchases to match their requirements then ensure they are connected to the appropriate branch and appointed a representative who can help guide them through the buying process
Conduct inbound and outbound follow up and sales calls with prospects in a professional and courteous manner
Keep database updated at all times with accurate data entry
Participate in office competitions with objection to win prizes
Work within a team as well as independently
Promote the company at all times with a positive approach
Deal effectively and efficiently with customers, exceeding their expectations, whilst following company guidelines
Work towards targets and KPI’s Sales objection handling and solution finding
Qualification’s Skills and Experience
Sales / Telesales experience (preferred)
Excellent telephone manner
Strong communication skills
Positive and motivated personality
Must be able to work flexible hours in peak periods, including take home packs in evenings and weekend hours (commission and hourly rate overtime available)
£25K OTE (Basic £7.83 per hour with generous commission/bonus scheme)
Full time hours: 40hrsPart time hours: 24-34hrs
