Normal hours are 11 hours per week a Tuesday Wednesday and a Thursday.
Tuesday morning, support me to do my weekly shop
Wednesday support me to access social engagements and to walk the dogs
Thursday to support me to maintain a clean environment
Monday’s I see my M S nurse on every 3-4 months.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
I need help with cleaning, going shopping & being driven to appointments and out in the community.
My level of mobility is variable. I sometimes struggle to get out of bed and get going for the day and find it difficult to sit for too long. I experience spasms and my legs can give way or my joints can lock.
So I will need someone on hand to guide me.
Help with paperwork is also important at times as I get a bit confused with it.
I need flexible assistance with managing my personal care needs due to the fluctuating effects of my physical and psychological health condition. I have some days when I am unable to manage this safely and independently.
I am at the moment not too bad but this does vary from day to day I am a busy person and like to keep busy so I need someone who can keep up

You must have a full driving licence and own vehicle with no serious convictions

I would like to find someone who has similar leisure activities and enjoys driving.
