are DYI vacancy for one horse / pony on a small secluded yard with just 3 other liveries located in Ashtead, 5 minutes from M25 junction 9.

Large airy stable, secure tack room and individual turnout with separate winter and summer grazing. 20 x50 arena which never floods, even in the wettest of winters and has a small selection of jumps available for use. Excellent hacking on a quiet private road leading to Ashtead Common, Horton Park and Espom Downs. Possible space for a trailer or small lory.

We are a mix of competition and leisure riders who assist one another with turnout on a rota system and between us keep the yard tidy and well maintained.
