Artists Studio for rent

This is a 3 metre square purpose built studio adjacent to a wooden cabin that I built as an art studio for myself!. There are five steps up to the unit and a small deck in front should you wish to sit outside!. The unit is insulated through out!. Cool in summer and warm in winter!. The building faces west!. Electricity is included although excessive use, ie kilns etc, might incur a small charge!. The building is entirely made of wood using reclaimed timber and it has a hardwood parquet floor!. Floor to ceiling windows at the front gives great natural light and there is lockable access through the glazed door!. Plenty of power points and lighting allows for whatever art you wish to pursue!. You have access to the cabin next door for the loo and for refreshments etc!. Parking at the rear in a secure car park!.
