Sturdy metal bunk bed with sofa(double bed) at the bottom - some patches(faded colour)on the frame. The futon and the mattress should be replaced but if you want it - all yours. It will be dismantled.

Oak oval extending dining table and chairs.  In very good condition.  No longer required as downsizing.

Comfortable armchair and foot stool. The chair measures 0.92m wide, 1.0m front to back and 0.89m high to the top of the back. The foot stool is 0.61m wide, 0.5m deep and 0.42m high.

A two seater setee in good, used condition, 1.37m wide, 0.85m deep, 0.81 high to top of hte back.

Lovely 2 seater sofa, FREE to collector. 

Wooden curtain rail, towel rail and towel ring.  All complete with fittings. Curtain rail 110 cms end to end, towel rail 60 cms end to end, towel ring 24 cms diameter.    All very good condition.

Sofa which apparently converts to a bed although I have never tried it. Very good condition it has been covered with a throw. Beige with pale blue flowers. Free to anyone who can collect but be aware there are five steps at the front door.
