We have a vacancy for a full time experienced After Sales Manager for our busy and rapidly growing electric bicycle operation working within our busy workshop In Bodiam. Whilst the position will be mainly desk based, mechanical skills will very much be required.
Ideally a minimum of 2 years of 'current' hands on workshop/warranty department experience.
Electric bike experience would be ideal but not imperative but a willingness to learn about electric bikes and working towards being able to diagnose and repair their electrical components is required.
Good computer literacy, the ability to be able to manage emails quickly and efficiently.
Well organised, to ensure parts are ordered, suppliers chased up where relevant, customers updated and commitments kept to.
Good customer service skills, polite attitude, the ability to be able to turn unhappy customers around and protect the reputation of the business at all times.
Working to specific timeframes.
Being quick and efficient in building, servicing and repairing bikes, when required
Self-motivated and a great team player as you will work alongside other mechanics.
Speak fluent English as you will be dealing with customers to cover warranty phone calls and emails.
The position will be a 5 day working week 8am – 5pm
