Sussex Recruitment is pleased to be working on behalf of their client in respect of this role for this growing company.
To resolve customer technical issues over the telephone in a professional and competent manner.
Dealing with customers on the telephone and using the company service management system. Methodically resolve issues, following the Health & Safety guidelines. Cover other positions within the department when necessary. Liaise with appropriate staff. Manage the customers’ expectations.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Computer literate. Technically minded with a relevant background. Team player. Excellent customer service skills. Good telephone manner.
Minimum academic level required: GCSE
This role is contracted to 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hr days plus breaks) and a small rota covers the core opening hours of 8am to 6pm. 1 in 3 Saturday working will be required and you receive a day off in lieu during the week on the week you work the Saturday
