The house is really great, it has a massive lounge room and garden which is amazing to have in the summer time. Modern kitchen and has 1 bathroom with bath and shower upstairs and a toilet downstairs. The room is a nice double. Comes with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The house is furnished and the rent includes all bills (council tax, phone, virgin tv, tv license etc). The only bill that is extra is gas/electricity which comes every 3 months. The house is a 10 min walk to Clapham Common Tube Station, 5 min walk to Wandsworth Road Rail Station and a 15 min walk to Clapham Junction (or a quick bus that comes at the top of the street). It is a three bedroom house and you would be sharing with four other. We are looking for another male/female/couple to move in.
