Sussex Recruitment are seeking an experienced Secretary to provide a range of administrative services within a secondary school.
This will include diary management, record keeping, typing and production of documentation and handling correspondence. You will also attend meetings to take minutes required and produce agendas accordingly.
You will also help with the administration and arrangement of appraisals and lesson plans, parents evenings open days, student attendance records and answering calls from parents.
Efficient and well organised you will be able to work effectively under pressure and maintain confidentiality. You will require working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint with a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm. Previous Secretarial experience is required and knowledge of safeguarding would be highly beneficial.
Due to the location of this vacancy you will require your own transport.
