Job Description: This is a new role in a relatively newly established team which will be growing steadily over the next few years. The role will therefore suit someone with the ability to grow the team and move the business forward with a positive attitude towards business development as this will be a key function. On a day-to-day basis you will use your skills to build on existing business, developing relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You will also investigate your market, identifying and developing relationships with new clients who will recognise your understanding of their business and recruitment needs. You will also be responsible for building your candidate database, identifying and generating quality candidates and ensuring maintenance of high levels of service. In addition you will use your experience and credibility to provide support to your manager, mentoring and coaching new team members as they come on board.
