Job Description: This is an opportunity for an experienced recruiter with a healthcare background to be involved with the start up of a new division within an established company. You will use your skills and experience to ensure excellent levels of service to clients and candidates, building strong relationships and developing a real understanding of needs and requirements. In addition to this you will build on your understanding of the healthcare market to make the most of every opportunity for new business. Your consultative approach will ensure that, not only are you delivering against expectations, but that you are also providing expert advice with a strong solution focus. Your knowledge and skills will be drawn upon by your Manager to provide assistance with leading and coaching less experienced members of your team.
