Job Description: This is a specialist role concentrating on recruitment in the construction sector. You will use your skills and experience to ensure excellent levels of service to clients and candidates, building strong relationships and developing a real understanding of needs and requirements. In addition to this you will build on your understanding of your market to make the most of every opportunity for new business. Your consultative approach will ensure that, not only are you delivering against expectations, but that you are also providing expert advice with a strong solution focus. Your knowledge and skills will be drawn upon by your Manager to provide assistance with leading and coaching less experienced members of your team. Experience required: Applicants should be of graduate calibre with recruitment experience in the construction sector.
