Job Description: This is a management role heading up an established Marketing into Professional Services division within a leading recruitment business. Your responsibilities will include ensuring correct staffing levels plus training, retention and motivation of staff. You will use your skills and experience to ensure high quality contact with clients at all levels and to build strong relationships, developing a real understanding of needs and requirements. In addition to this you will build on your understanding of your market to make the most of every opportunity for new business. In addition, you will promote a consultative approach in order to ensure that, not only are your consultants delivering against expectations, but that they are also providing expert advice with a strong solution focus.
