Job Description: This is a senior recruitment role role operating in the professional sector, running a team of surveyor recruiters. You will promote all aspects of business development, using your communication skills to demonstrate development of both existing and new business relationships, illustrating the need for a real understanding of your clients? business needs in order to provide workable solutions. You will also encourage new and proactive ways of generating and building relationships with quality candidates, ensuring that your consultants are able to advise candidates about their options and deliver against their expectations. In addition to running your own desk, you will use your skills and expertise to develop your team, providing strategic focus and ensuring that all team members receive the necessary training, support and encouragement to achieve and exceed their business targets. Experience required: The successful candidate is likely to be an experienced Manager with a good understanding of what is required to develop a happy, productive team and a proven track record of successful team billing. Good product knowledge is a must and existing knowledge and experience of recruiting surveyors is essential. Previous experience of management should include identifying training needs, coaching consultants, strategic planning and responsibility for your own Profit and Loss Accounts. You should be hard working with excellent communication and relationship-building skills and the ability to continue to bill whilst ensuring that your consultants develop their own consistency of revenue generation.
