Job Description: This is a sales consultant position with the executive search arm of this leading consultancy. You will take on all aspects of business development, using your communication skills to develop both existing and new business relationships, formulating a real understanding of your clients? business needs and providing workable solutions. You will also continuously look for new and proactive ways of generating and building relationships with quality candidates, advising them as to their options and delivering against their expectations. In addition you will use your experience to advise and assist more junior members of your team. Experience required: Recruitment experience is a must for this role, with a demonstrable, successful track record of working to and exceeding targets.
