Job Description: Your responsibilities will range from all aspects of business development, including telephone and face-to-face marketing, to candidate generation and screening. You will use your communication skills and questioning techniques to develop candidate and client relationships towards increasing business opportunities and productivity. You will be encouraged to refine your existing skills and to look for new skills to develop. Working closely with other members of your team you will share information and promote positive working relationships. Experience required: Applicants should have at least six to twelve months experience in recruitment or in a relevant sales focused position.
