They offer a wide range of services through five specialist divisions including driving. They supply temporary and permanent staff across the whole spectrum of disciplines and into all types of businesses. Job Description: You will have total responsibility for two branch offices and one on-site operation. The role includes ensuring correct staffing levels within the offices plus training, retention and motivation of staff and managers. Remote managing skills will come into play strongly within this role to ensure that managers are fully supported. You will promote a consultative approach in order to ensure that, not only are your consultants and managers delivering against expectations, but that they are also providing expert advice with a strong solution focus. In order to ensure the on-going development of consultants, you will work to identify training and other needs and provide the necessary support and assistance. With full responsibility for your teams Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet, you will use your business acumen to make the most of your resources, maximise productivity and deliver profitable results. Experience required: The successful candidate is likely to be an experienced, strong manager with a good understanding of what is required to develop a happy, productive team and a proven track record of successful team billing. Good product knowledge is a must and existing knowledge of the driving sector market would be preferable. Previous experience of management should include identifying training needs, coaching consultants, strategic planning and responsibility for your own Profit and Loss Accounts. You should be hard working with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a driving sector background to make a real impact.
