Job Description: You will take on all aspects of business development, using your communication skills to develop both existing and new business relationships, formulating a real understanding of your clients? business needs and providing workable solutions. You will also continuously look for new and proactive ways of generating and building relationships with quality candidates, advising them as to their options and delivering against their expectations. You will use your experience to advise and assist more junior members of your team. In addition, this role has the potential to develop into a management position within twelve months when the existing Manager moves on. Experience required: Applicants should be of graduate calibre with some industrial or driving sector experience.
