A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Administrator/Receptionist role to join our office in Eastbourne, East Sussex. The role plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of the business.
Your duties as an Administrator/Receptionist will include:
Administrative duties including answering the telephone and corresponding via email and letter.Dealing with existing and potential clientsGreeting customers and new employees.Support to existing employees with different types of queries.General Administration.Data Entry, creating and maintaining filing system.Assisting other members of the team as and when required.Dealing with complaints. Communication between reception and other departments must be prompt and clear.
The ideal Administrator will hold the following skills and experiences:
Previous switchboard experience is essentialSomeone with a great working knowledge of computers.Able to work on their own initiative.Excellent organisation skills to be able to prioritise the workload.Superb customer service skills.Strong writing skills with an eye for detail and an excellent command of grammar and spelling.A positive, respectful and friendly approach in telephone and email communications is essential.Need to have the urgency as lots of work is time limited.To be able to keep calm in difficult situations.Reliable, hardworking, polite and on the ball
